This is a part time opportunity for the foreseen future. We are a fully remote workforce, although onsite time at clients is required.
Key responsibilities:
Identify and activate HR solutions that impact the client’s ability to meet business objectives. Must accurately diagnose organization issues, develop solutions, and implement action plans.
Coordinate activities and facilitate timely delivery of services and projects to the client in all functional areas of Human Resources including, but not limited to, creating or revising HR policies and procedures, conducting HR investigations, handling employee relations issues, creating or revising employee handbooks, executing employee performance management, performing internal HR audits, implementing EAPs, conducting recruitment and employer/employee training, and ensuring employee health and safety.
Partner with all levels of employees, including managers and executives, both internal and external while exhibiting strong client service standards.
Ensure client HR actions are compliant with current federal and state regulations and offer HR best practice solutions when advising clients.
Ensure client satisfaction through delivery of excellent service, meeting and exceeding the expectations and requirements of each client and maintaining timely communication and working relationships with the clients.
Deliver value to clients within the Mission and Core Values of Employers Advantage LLC. Present facts in an appropriate and helpful manner, keep confidences, and avoid misrepresentation.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5-7 years general HR experience either in consulting or corporate HR environment; experience in a Small Business Environment preferred. Prefer experience with multiple clients ranging in size, dealing with a broad range of HR-related areas and multi-state locations.
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
PHR/SHRM-CP or SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification is desirable.
Can demonstrate knowledge of main HR functions (policies, procedures, compliance, hiring/terminating, etc.) and have an expanded working knowledge of current HR laws and policies.
Effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) required.
Must be able to work remotely as well as travel to client sites, if necessary
