Rapidly growing wealth management firm focused on empowering women financially is seeking an Operations Manager. Reporting to the CEO and working as a key member of the leadership team, the Operations Manager will take a leadership role in building, implementing and overseeing all of the firm’s systems, processes, workflows and procedures.
The ideal person will work to enhance, implement, track and report on systems that bring efficiency and improve profitability. Ops Manager will provide oversight of the firm’s day-to-day practices related to customer service, sales, marketing, human resources, compliance, and training.
The primary mission of the Operations Manager will be to ensure that the business operates in an efficient and compliant manner, and that it continues to increase revenue and profit margins through improving internal processes and employee management. Duties include business planning, goal setting and tracking, human resource management, revenue tracking, and acting as the liaison between the team and owner of the firm. Assist in implementing marketing initiatives, tracking ROI, and report data to team.
In addition, the Operations Manager will play a critical role in making certain that the firm is meeting its financial and service commitments to its clients and employees in a manner that is efficient, economical, motivating and compliant. The Manager of Operations will strategize to shape and guide the future growth and development of the organization. This position will have supervisory responsibility over 6 other administrative personnel and advisors. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
Minimum Requirements:
· 3+ years’ experience managing an office/team and reporting to a supervisor (financial services experience a plus)
· Bachelor’s Degree required
· Experience working in a fast-paced environment
· Securities License a plus (not required)

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
