Energy Solutions is currently seeking a HR Generalist to provide direct support to the Human Resources team. The person filling this role must be able to adjust to rapidly changing circumstances and work well under pressure as situations warrant.
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop, revise, and post position announcements
Develop position competencies for new and current positions
Review candidate’s application materials and assess for qualifying education and experience
Schedule interviews and serve as the liaison between Energy Solutions and candidates applying for our positions
Research sources to help ensure a steady flow of candidates into our recruiting pipeline
Assist with candidate screening, reference checks and experience spreadsheet creation
HR expense reporting and posting
Oversee HR SharePoint site Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices
Reviews and updates policies and practices to maintain compliance
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
May assist with constructive and timely performance evaluations and Lattice platform administration
HR research as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related majors preferred
A minimum of two years of HR or Recruiting experience
Business writing ability with strong spelling, punctuation, and grammar
Exceptional time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail and follow up
Able to work independently and juggle competing priorities with minimal guidance and takes the utmost care with confidentiality
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, accountability, and ownership of assigned tasks
Proficient in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems
Exercise a high degree of diplomacy and tact; excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills; cultural sensitivity and demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups.

A proven professional or personal commitment to the betterment of the environment and the reduction of GHGs.
