Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team and others within Human Resources
• Track and analyze data, audits, and reports to provide updates to improve customer experience
• Maintain applicant tracking system and contact applicants to schedule phone interviews, onsite interviews, and travel arrangements
• Handle confidential information and emergency/safety issues with confidence, sensitivity, and professionalism
• Work independently as well as in a team environment and exercise good judgment with excellent follow-through

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
• Experience with employee/customer facilitation, interactions, and correspondence
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly
• Excellent organizational skills and superior attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, and maintain confidentiality
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
• High school diploma or equivalent

Recommended Qualifications:

• Associates or bachelors in human resources, business, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in human resources
• Knowledge of California state and federal laws and human resources policies and practices
• Experience with an HRIS
