Job Title: Manufacturing Pad Printing Supervisor

Reports To: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Mount Prospect, IL 60056
SUMMARY
Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of assembly/pad printer workers. Motivate and give direction to a small team developing and maintaining quality-based assembly. Supervise all aspects of assembly and printing and provide additional resource whenever necessary. Control the flow of work to meet customer deadlines. Oversee the work of the staff. Take responsibility for the finished product by monitoring and maintaining quality.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associates degree preferred. Minimum three years relevant assembly experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous supervisory experience required. Knowledge of label printing software for label creation and printing, electrical concepts preferred. Knowledge of ERP system – Microsoft Dynamics, AX, MS Office Products, Excel skills required.
