Job Title: Medical Affairs Business Operations Specialist
Locations: Boston, MA / New Haven, CT / Charlotte, NC
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Pay-$50/hr on w2

This is what you will do:
The Medical Affairs Business Operations Specialist will support operational excellence across all therapeutic and functional areas within GMA, including strategic planning, financial planning, contracting, HCP/Ad Board engagement, and compliance related activities. As a member of Medical Affairs, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Medical Affairs initiatives. This role requires strong skillset in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and managing logistics and vendors.

Bachelor’s degree
P&L management and financial acumen
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and operational experience
Acts independently with good judgement, when needed
Flexibility, the ability to adapt to changing project scope and direction
Strong influencing skills and demonstrated ability to create and lead successful cross-functional teams in changing, competitive environments
Strong interpersonal skills; fluent and able to influence others in spoken and written English
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
Mastery of Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
Adaptability and willingness to embrace change
The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment. As is typical of an office-based role, employees must be able, with or without an accommodation to use a computer; engage in communications via phone, video, and electronic messaging; engage in problem solving and non-linear thought, analysis, and dialogue; collaborate with others; maintain general availability during standard business hours.
We would prefer for you to have:
PMP certification preferred (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt/Black belt)
