The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all human resources activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources and create an environment that encourages high performance for employees at all levels of the organization. The Manager will be expected to develop and administer policies and procedures which support the mission and goals of the agency and exemplify the J culture. Primary human resources functions include compensation and benefits, recruitment, retention and engagement, performance management, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.
