Who you are:

• You have 6+ years as a marketing and business development leader.
• You have 5+ years of experience with Business Development Strategy, Data Analysis & CRM.
• 5+ years of demonstrated achievement in B2B sales.
• You’re digitally savvy. You seek out innovative solutions and embrace evolving technologies. You can easily adapt to new tools and trends.
• Your influence makes an impact. You know that relationships and networks are essential to success.
• You understand that success is in the details. You notice things that others don’t. Your critical thinking skills help to inform your decision making.
• You’re passionate about people. You find meaning in relationships, and surround yourself with a diverse network of partners. You build trust through respect and authenticity.

Duties include:

• Own all sales & marketing strategy – budgets, reports, teams & activities against strategic BD priorities.
• Corporate Communication w/ stakeholders & clients.
• Position products to meet customers’ needs w/ strategic planning that delivers sustainable & profitable growth.
• Event management, webinars, trade shows/ presentations, strategic public relations planning.
• Manage the teams daily activities (designers, content creators, lead gen & analysts)
• Create strong strategies through evolving trends & changes in markets.
• Focus on new customer acquisition, retention & investments in brand equity.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns & materials (brand awareness, email marketing campaigns, SEO campaigns, product launches) to support business strategies.
