Salary Range: $27 to $55
Responsibilities
Running background checks of employees and third-party contractors using different portals (example: HireRite, FADV portals)
Update and maintain onboarding status information daily i.e. at which step the background check is
Coordinate with candidates to provide supporting documents for background check discrepancies
Prepare and/or verify I-9
Be in charge of other administrative and office responsibilities
Collect onboarding compliance documents from employees and contractors
Prepare onboarding compliance documents to send to clients
Able to maintain an approachable and appropriate attitude when interacting with all levels of personnel in a rapidly changing environment
Qualifications
1-2 years working in a corporate office with records handling as a core responsibility
Organized, structured and methodical way of working
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel [vlookup], Word, Outlook) and Adobe PDF (extracting pages)
Demonstrated experience learning and adapting to new systems
Ability to work independently with minimal in-person supervision
