We are currently hiring for a Program Manager, Network Engineering to join a Satellite Communications company. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Cutting-Edge Projects: Manage and lead complex programs and sub-projects, taking full responsibility, accountability, and ownership of schedule, cost, resources, and risks.
• Strategic Planning: Set delivery schedules and oversee project management, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals.
• Portfolio Management: Be responsible and accountable for a dynamic portfolio of programs and projects, driving innovation and excellence.
• Collaborative Leadership: Develop close working relationships and align with sales, marketing, engineering, finance, procurement, and other functional areas to achieve program success.
• Financial Stewardship: Provide strong leadership, organization, and program management skills to the organization, while developing, owning, and managing cost/budget for the programs.
• BD Support: Support RFPs, bids, and proposals as needed, ensuring the organization is positioned for growth and success.
• Customer Advocacy: Gain a solid understanding of company capabilities and represent them to external and internal customers, creating close relationships and representing their needs to the organization.

Key Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Professional Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Agile certification.
• Extensive Experience: At least 10 years of project management experience leading multi-disciplined engineering teams in a technical environment and supporting customers worldwide.
• Government Expertise: Ideal experience with government programs and preferably holds a US government clearance.
• Technical Knowledge: Knowledgeable of Satcom systems for connectivity and communications, and familiarity with Telecom, cellular, and satellite networks.
• Project Management Skills: Proficient in project management techniques and tools, with the ability to create or tailor processes when needed.
• Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
