Summary

(This role is accepting full-time remote applicants)

The Senior Social Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management of social media marketing campaigns for top tier clients for an array of e-commerce stores. The day-to-day duties may include managing and optimizing ecommerce marketing campaigns as well as performing analysis. This role will be responsible for identifying opportunities to expand visibility and profitability within each campaign. The Senior Social Specialist will also assist with driving key initiatives as well as training and mentoring Coordinators and Specialists. The role will collaborate with senior members to help iterate our service methodology and tool creation.

Essential Functions:

• Paid Social Account Management
  • Day-to-day management of Social clients through strategy development and execution
  • Maintain and monitor social marketing campaigns and important account metrics related to performance.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for social campaign structuring in order to pace towards and achieve client goals, such as ROI
• Client Communication & Delivery
  • Strategic development and implementation for top tier accounts that improves client performance and satisfaction.
  • Communicate strategically externally with top tier clients regularly on campaign performance and deliverables, as well as internally with the Account strategists.
  • Generate and analyze client reporting and speak effectively towards performance for all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue pacing, and other Social initiatives.
• Methodology Advancement & Strategic Initiative Support
  • Assist team leads to drive and complete annual and quarterly initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the team to help advance service methodology, best practices, and tool creation.
  • Support in driving holistic methodology advancement, as well as the creation of processes to drive service growth, client performance and meet client goals.
• Team Support
  • Train Coordinators and Specialists on Social methodology and tactics
  • Serve as a resource for campaign management and troubleshooting.
• Assist Social Coordinators and Specialists with new client onboarding.
• Industry Knowledge & Core Skills
  • Ability to follow changes in ecommerce marketing industry and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proven resourcefulness, showing initiative to research before asking questions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of experience successfully managing and growing social accounts

• Facebook Business Manager experience and knowledge
• Expert understanding on social media campaign management including but not limited to Facebook
• Strong knowledge of purchase intent/data collection: for demographics and interests to inform keyword targeting
• Robust understanding of EXCLUSIVE’s holistic approach
• High proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools as well as internal reporting tools
• Able to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines while keeping a professional demeanor
• Strong skills in analysis, critical thinking, problem solving
• Self-motivated, independent, proactive
• Proven organizational and communication skills
