Assistant Manager manages a shift and will be the back-up of the Restaurant General Manager. Will be responsible for some training of employees, cash deposits, paperwork on their shift also for managing food cost and labor cost on their shifts. Should be able to run the restaurant on their shift or as needed by the company.
