Senior Human Resources Manager
We currently have a Sr. HR Manager opportunity at our Broken Bow, NE site! The role focuses on managing HR processes including: talent management, legal compliance, performance management, recruiting and staffing, employee relations, training and career development, and compensation programs necessary to support the organizations objectives. Partners with leadership teams to influence and collaborate on managing business changes, elevating engagement, growing capability, and HR planning. Ensures compliance with quality systems, policies, procedures and best practices, and all local, state, federal and safety regulations, policies and procedures. Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function. Ability to read and write and converse in English. Willing and able to uphold Our Values.
