Full Desk Recruiter job responsibilities include:
Reach out to clients in order to understand needs on existing job orders
Maintain daily communication regarding the needs, expectations and performance objectives of clients
Work with your team to get creative on sourcing – using social media, alternate job titles and other interesting ways to find great candidates
Evaluate candidate pre-screening questionnaires, résumés and personality assessments against position requirements
Help hiring managers learn best practices to improve their recruiting outcomes
