The UW Graduate School is seeking an HR Partner to provide full-cycle HR support for our vibrant community. Reporting to the Director for HR, this position will perform a variety of HR functions for approximately 70 staff and student employees. Responsibilities include employee recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, payroll and compensation, training and development, recognition, record keeping, and time and leave administration with the goal of helping our agile, diverse, energized, and effective workforce to thrive.
Working in close collaboration with the HR Director, the HR Partner will help grow the HR program at the Graduate School. We are seeking an HR Partner who is passionate about human resources, a stellar communicator, adept at building community, and committed to applying an equity and inclusion lens to every action. The successful HR Partner is meticulous in managing details, engages in continuous process improvement, can easily manage competing priorities by employing effective tracking and project management strategies, enjoys the challenges of responding to an evolving HR landscape, and is driven to provide fantastic client service.
