Requirements for Head of Inclusion & Diversity (North America):
10+ years experience directly shaping and driving Organizational Change, Culture or Diversity & Inclusion in a global business environment, as a program manager, organizational development professional or HRBP.
Exposure and/or practical experience with Inclusion and Diversity principles, and best practices
Proven record of success and achievement with significant results including successfully attaining an organizational change in a complex matrixed environment.
Demonstrated ability to leverage data in order to influence necessary constituents; as well as, creating a clear vision for the future and communicating to create clarity and inspire action.
Success effectively working with teams across geographies and cultures, influencing skills, and the ability to engage and build relationships within diverse markets.
Consensus-building and conflict-resolution skills are needed to navigate sensitive situations to resolve problems.
Master’s degree, D&I certification or equivalent, ideally in a related field.
Fluency in written/spoken English.
Must be US Citizen or Authorized to Work in the United States.

Career Opportunity For Head of Inclusion & Diversity (North America):
Defining and driving the implementation of the Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) strategy across North America while ensuring strategic alignment to our business objectives.
Identify needs, recommend and lead the development of key programs that help achieve measurable results with long-term behavior change that will attract, retain and promote a diverse workforce and foster an environment of inclusion
Collaborating with the North America Leadership Team and HR Leadership team to establish performance measures, diversity metrics and analytics relative to diversity initiatives and their impact on the organization and drive (corrective) actions to ensure we realize our objectives.
Identifying, establishing and managing relationships with market-based external partnerships and key diversity organizations on behalf of our company and ensuring the company is positioned as a leader in this space and recognized as such.
Leveraging strong change management principles, tools and practices to integrate and optimize D&I best practices to drive behavior change and improve Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) conscious and unconscious behavior across our company, as well as ensuring the sustainability of progress in this area.
Planning and implementing Inclusion & Diversity People initiatives in the North America Market as well as strengthening employee resource groups.
Coordinating training and best practice sharing with the HR community to develop a robust understanding of the Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) initiatives to foster
As a part of The North American HR Leadership Team and will report directly to the CHRO – NAM, where you have the ability to shape and define the market I&D strategy and connect it to the full scope of HR activities.
SALARY: Based on Experience – $170K – $190K
