PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Provide entry-level operational and transactional support to the HR community’s day-to-day administration of HR objectives, policies and procedures. Responsible for implementing and executing Exelon’s policies and programs independently in a time-sensitive environment.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Provide transactional support of employee and organizational changes. 40%
• Assist on HR operational issues with business unit HR teams and internal customers. Assess and evaluate customer issues and drive to resolution. 20%
• Drive and support annual & ongoing processes in partnership with HRBP, Talent COE and other internal stakeholders. 15%
• Assist HR Technology on evaluating, debugging and implementing potential system changes. 10%
• Conduct routine data and system audits. 10%
• Other duties as assigned. 5%

Qualifications

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Minimum:

• 4-year degree in Human Resources preferred, or related work experience that includes, but not limited to, HR practices and process improvement.
• Strong customer service skills, specifically an ability to listen and observe.
• Ability to organize and deliver ongoing operational work.
• Attention to detail in time critical, service- oriented technical environment
• Demonstrated behavior of accountability
• Ability to identify, quantify and summarize issues.
• Excel (particularly formulas, functions and pivot tables), Word, Outlook and PowerPoint experience

PREFERRED

• Knowledge of business (Energy Services or Corporate-type background is helpful)
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including knowledge of EEO, ADA and FMLA.
• Experience and knowledge of Exelon’s polices and programs.

POSITION SCOPE

• Interact with stakeholders including employees, HR Business Partners, and external vendors.
• Works under direct supervision of HR Solutions management.
