Explore Industries is seeking an experienced Corporate Human Resources Director (HR) to support multi-site, operations and distribution centers.

The Corporate HR Director will be responsible for driving HR and EHS programs as well as for change management initiatives. The Corporate HR Director will partner with teams to assist in building an engaged, productive workforce. This includes implementing business and strategic HR/EHS initiatives, continuous improvement, and enhancing employee engagement.

Required Qualifications (We would like our talented associate for this role to have at least these minimum skills & experience)

• Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or similar field
• 5 or more years of experience as a Human Resources Manager with 2 or more years of experience within a similar industry or equivalent, relative experience leading a multi-location or multi-divisional company
• Experience influencing and problem solving in the areas of compensation, talent assessment, performance management, talent acquisition, safety compliance, and employee relations
• General understanding and knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and standards applicable to Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and state workers? compensation practices and programs
• Experience working independently and utilizing strong problem-solving skills to reach and recommend resolutions
• Aptitude for HRIS tools (Paychex experience a plus)

Preferred Skills (We?d be excited to hear if you also have the following experience)

• 7 years of Human Resources Management experience with 3 years of experience in a corporate role leading a multi-location and/or a multi-divisional company
• Human Resources (HR) Certification
• Experience in a high-growth organization
