Extreme Coating Technology is looking for a (Human Resources) HR Generalist to join our team and implement various human resources programs. If you have a passion for HR, are familiar with labor law and look to kickstart your career in the field, this is the place to be. Your role as an HR Generalist will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves, crafting HR policies, organizing staff functions & incentive to keep a positive morale, and working on interpersonal dynamics with staff members. You’ll act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics. The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization.

Position Summary:
Oversees the Human Resources function for all locations. Handles issues such as recruiting, new hire orientation, benefits administration, payroll, maintains files, safety, and work culture. This position reports to the Vice President of Operations and may be required to supervise other staff positions.

Skills/Abilities/Requirements/Experience:
1. Associates degree in Human Resources Preferred
2. High degree of confidentiality and accuracy
3. Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal and ability to comprehend a variety of instructions, both oral and written
4. Ability to multi-task, establish priorities and meet deadlines, maintain a flexible attitude, and approach towards assignments, and maintain a high level of organization in a changing and fast paced environment
5. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions finished in written or oral diagram form
6. Able to work 40-hour workweek
7. Must be a self-started with a strong positive focus
