Education / Skill / Experience Requirements:
Four-year college degree in Human Resources or business-related field desired; advanced degree in Labor Relations or Human Resources preferred.
Advanced knowledge of labor/employment law and the principles and techniques of labor negotiations
Prior experience in human resources, labor relations, contract negotiations, plant health and safety, workers’ compensation, benefits, and payroll is desired.
Must be computer-literate with demonstrated experience in the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills are required.
Must be able to work well under pressure with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Manufacturing Experience preferred
