We are looking for a highly-motivated and energetic personality to serve as our Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations. This is a new position at our company to assist in both the day to day operational needs of our clients and staff while also assisting in the administrative management of our HR, Finance, and Strategic development of the organization.
We are a unique “bucket list” company that strives to provide a 5 star experience to all of our guests, and expect any of our team to be able to handle all aspects of the operation. Translation – this is NOT a desk job! You WILL be instructing clients on heavy equipment (don’t worry, we’ll train you)! You WILL be cleaning/maintaining our facility/equipment (if you aren’t willing to pick up a broom don’t apply)! But this position will also be key to growing our strategic objectives of the company through nationwide expansion of locations and additional services/experiences offered (plus wouldn’t it be cool to crush a car?). Basically, we want candidates who aren’t afraid to get dirty, but also can grow the company to become the leader in experiential entertainment.
