EYA Hiring for Online Sales Associate at Bethesda, MD Full Time

Position Summary:

EYA Marketing is seeking an Online Sales Associate. This position is responsible for co-managing all aspects of our online sales initiatives including responding to all online leads, selling each community vision, providing community and home information to prospects, and managing the leads through the online sales process. The ideal candidate will be energetic, a self-starter and process-oriented with experience in customer service or sales.

This is a full-time, mostly telework position working weekends (two consecutive days off Monday-Friday). Position requires local candidate as in-person work in the DC Metro area is required 2-3 times per month.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to all e-mail, voice mail, and phone leads immediately
• Qualify the leads based on needs and open communities
• Provide consistent follow-up to online prospects with the goal of setting an appointment with the on-site Sales Manager
• Provide information and marketing material to prospects
• Work with the prospect to determine the best community and floor plan
• Utilize and follow processes related to the CRM and lead-management software, Hubspot
• Track and report on lead activity and sales conversion ratios
• Stay updated on community offerings, home availability, and incentives
• Work with marketing department to produce videos about communities and spec homes
• Continually research the competition and their online activities
• Team with other online and on-site sales teams to ensure smooth customer experience
• Additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• Two years of sales, customer service, and/or marketing experience
• Customer focused and personable
• Proven e-mail and phone communication skills
• Sales contact management and CRM or database experience
• Solid organizational, planning and managing skills
• Process oriented
• Ability to multi-task and manage time well

Schedule

• Full-time position working 100% remotely (with occasional on-site work), Saturday – Wednesday.
