Job Title: Accountant
Reports to: CFO
Job Type: Non-exempt, Part-time (20 hours/week)

The Accountant and Financial Analyst is analytical, detail-oriented, and bright. This position reports directly to the CFO and has the ability to scale as the company grows.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle bookkeeping including A/P, A/R, general ledger, and worldwide consolidations.
- Participate in ERP implementation from Quickbooks to NetSuite Financials.
- Administer company capitalization table in Carta software.
- Reviews and submits payroll hours ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Assist with compensation studies and commission models.
- Ensures all invoices are accurately coded and paid in weekly check runs.
- Assist with purchasing activities, verifying 3-way match.
- Prepare monthly financial statements that are tax and audit-ready.
- File sales & use tax, property taxes, and royalty reports.
- Financial analysis and business planning as needed.
- Other duties and projects to be assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 2+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting is required.
- Experience using NetSuite or Quickbooks online.
- Must be willing to “roll-up the sleeves” with the ability to interact effectively and courteously with all parties.
- Experience in startups or high-growth companies.
