EZ-ERC assists businesses with their ERC claims, and provides a bespoke, white-glove service that extends well after the claim has been submitted. EZ-ERC has processed over $250 million in ERC claims with the IRS on behalf of their clients and expects that number to double by the end of 2022.

Our headquarters are in Fort Lauderdale, FL where much of our 30+ employees are located. However, we have several full-time staff working remotely throughout the continental U.S.

About the Job

EZ-ERC is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team to be the main point of contact for clients from the beginning and also take on full responsibility for the data collection. This position can be performed remotely.

The Client Onboarding Specialist will:
Present clients with their onboarding package;

Lead clients through the onboarding process;

Be the liaison between the client and our team of financial analysts;

Provide updates to the client throughout their relationship with EZ-ERC;

Other duties as assigned by Supervisor;

What You Bring to the Table:
Our ideal Client Onboarding Specialist will possess the following skills and qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or Higher;

Based in the United States;

2+ years’ experience in a client facing role;

Proficient in Microsoft 365 / Active Directory administration;

Experience with financial documents (P&L reports, tax returns, payroll reports, 941’s, 1094 C’s);

Excellent communication and organization skills;

Ability to work independently;

Ability to multitask;

Responsive and service oriented;
