Hiring range: $48,006.40 to $56,409.60 ($23.08 to $27.12 per hour). Starting rate will depend on experience, education, and qualifications. Advancement opportunities exist for individuals motivated to move up within Anoka County.

Position Description
The Anoka County Facilities Management and Construction mission is: To provide a safe, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained environment at the highest standard of excellence for the citizens and employees of Anoka County. The department has an immediate opening for Facilities Engineer I who will perform various duties. The Facilities Engineer I assists with daily maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
Are you detail oriented? Are you looking to develop your career within Facilities? Do you like to problem-solve to ensure equipment is working effectively and efficiently? The Facilities Engineer I assists with the repair and maintenance of a variety of equipment necessary for the operation of county facilities. This position will have a new and different work environment every day and will perform a variety of basic maintenance and repair tasks for the safety, comfort, security, and beautification of facilities county-wide. This position has many opportunities for career growth and training within the Facilities Management and Construction department. The Facilities Engineer I works as part of a team to keep Anoka County facilities well-maintained.
This is a full-time, exempt, on-site position. Interviews will take place the week of December 11th, 2023 for those selected to move forward in the hiring process.
