The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Assist with recruiting and onboarding of new hires.
Assist with employee recognition program.
Provide customer service support to employees by answering general questions, providing materials, etc.
Maintain confidentiality in all personnel actions.
Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, and other company events.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as personnel files.
Assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing errors, and distributing checks.
Coordinate building vendors such as cleaner, maintenance, etc. Maintains office supplies inventory.
Manages social media platforms for brand and marketing purposes.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications
Requirements:
General knowledge of employment laws and processes.
1-2 years of administrative experience.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and work individually.
