job purpose: The Talent Acquisition Logistics Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing all aspects of the interview process at fairlife, LLC. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to liaise between the HR team, hiring managers, and candidates to schedule and facilitate interviews. Exceptional organizational skills and an ability to communicate effectively are critical to providing a positive candidate experience and helping fairlife attract top talent to our organization.
