Fairweather Hiring for Bartender and Server Job at Charlotte, NC Full Time

We’re a new cocktail bar in the NoDa neighborhood of Charlotte looking for a server, bartender, or both. The bartender and server positions are well suited for an individual who is career minded in the hospitality industry, as we believe that this is a legitimate trade and should be treated as such. Growth, a good work-life balance, and upward mobility are ideals we strive for. An interest in cocktails and wine is a definite plus. Any experience with serving or preparing food is also an added benefit.

We expect our staff to be well versed in spirits, cocktails, and the beverage world in general. We are also looking for naturally personable individuals – we hire based on attitude, disposition, and work ethic more than anything else. If you are looking for a quick buck or a side hustle, this is most likely *not* the job for you.

Ideal candidates have some experience in the food and beverage industry as a bartender or server, but not necessarily cocktail experience; you will be trained in our methods from the ground up.

The shifts are from 4:30pm to about 12/12:30am, so you must be okay with late nights.
