We’re hiring an HR Generalist.

Our Clean Mobility Division is looking for an HR Generalist for its manufacturing facility in Columbus, IN to support the HR Manager in the day-to-day HR functions, in accordance with the Group’s human resources policies and procedures.

You’ll work on challenges that matter.

This job will require you to:

• Personnel administration, implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up, staffing issues or industrial relations.
• Propose action plans and participate in their deployment.
• Collect information and prepare reports in line with Group HR policies for month-end figures and follow up indicators.
• Analyze key monthly data related to attendance, turnover etc. and help in deployment of action plans.
• Ensure that the organization complies with labor laws.
• Recruitment activities including new hire orientation for both direct and indirect staff.
• Maintain employee files and answer employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
• Participate in training or Health Safety & Environment (HSE) issues if necessary.
• Contirubte to all tasks related to daily reporting.
• Act as a site communication correspondent.

The ideal candidate.

To succeed in this position, you will ideally have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience in the HR function within an industrial environment.
• Familiar with HR Information systems as well as MS office.
• International mind set.
• Good Interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management.
