FAYETTEVILLE CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM IS LOOKING FOR YOU!

EXPERIENCE: 3-5 YEARS IN ALL PHASES OF PAYROLL/HR

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

• Accurately process weekly, bi-weekly & monthly payroll
• Assist in managing workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately & timely
• Adheres to all state & federal regulations for payroll processing
• Reconcile payroll prior to transmission & validate confirmed reports
• Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits
• Process correct garnishment calculations & compliance
• Assist in processing accurate & timely year-end reporting when necessary (W-2, W-2c, etc.)
• Prepares & distributes manual checks when necessary
• Research & resolve payroll issues
• Read & understand employee contractual payroll agreements
• Assists in preparing for payroll audits
• Keeps detailed & organized payroll records
• Ensures pay rate increases, bonus payments & incentives are properly approved prior to payment
• Explain to employees & managers criteria used to calculate overtime rates
• Maintain all record keeping associated with payroll & HR
• Perform other duties as assigned
