Position Summary
The HR Manager acts as a business partner by providing professional HR guidance and supporting our internal customers with the objective of adding value to the District. The position requires capabilities with talent acquisition and retention, employee relations, training and development, performance management, health & safety programs, and overall compliance with all federal and state employment practices.

We are currently looking for a dedicated professional individual with Human Resource and Safety experience to join our team at the Quad Cities District Office location. A valid Driver’s License and Drug screen are required.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm
Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 depending upon experience
