As an Onboarding & Compliance Administrator within the People Team you will be responsible for the full onboarding life-cycle of incoming FDM Consultants.. You will work closely with our Recruitment team providing regular updates and ensuring that background checks are completed accurately in line with FDM and client requirements. You will build and maintain relationships with our screening vendor to improve productivity and monitor Service Level Agreements. This will be a high-volume administrative role with a particular focus on onboarding and compliance. Therefore, we will require a high level of efficiency, attention to detail, and, organization, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Carry out background checks for new starters in line with company standards within specified timescales (US & International
Effectively communicate with and report to relevant internal and external stakeholders throughout the background check process
Maintain and build relationships with our external screening vendor to enhance productivity and Service Level Agreements
Ensure compliance by managing and completing audits regularly and in a timely manner
Accurately manage and maintain confidential records
Support the People Team on an ad hoc basis

Competence with MS Office applications
Ability to gain key information through effective questioning
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Able to maintain confidentiality
Works well within team and the wider business
Ability to work autonomously but ask questions and request support when required
Effective organization skills with ability to prioritize
Works well under pressure
Able to review processes and make improvements where necessary
Desirable but not essential:
Experience conducting pre-employment screening
One (1) year of administrative experience
