In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations within the facility; monitoring employee work and ensuring that shipments are moved in a timely fashion and damage free.

Requirements:

• Management experience
• Knowledge of LTL industry, DOT rules and regulations, OSHA laws, Hazardous Materials regulations, NMFC and Tariff Rules, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and internet
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
