Duties Overview

• Maintain month-end close recognition schedules and complete related account analysis
• Post month-end close journal entries based on reports and schedules
• Perform monthly bank and investment reconciliations and deposit verifications
• Run monthly balance sheet, consolidated income statement and other financial reports
• Process weekly payables, daily bank deposits; verify Accounting Clerk’s journal entries
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred

· 3-5 years accounting experience

· Multi-currency (USD/CAD) experience a plus

Skills:

· Attention to detail

· Analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to multi-task

· Microsoft: Intermediate; Excel: Advanced

This position is a hybrid remote/in-office position currently working in-office on Wednesday/Thursday and remote Monday/Tuesday/Friday. While flexible, your schedule is subject to change based on the needs of FGIA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
