Company Vibe: A restaurant and retail experience in Historic Downtown Ennis. Our owner, Morgan, loves knowing the story behind where the food she serves comes from and how the products she features are made. This can be seen in all facets of Fern’s from the baby clothing to the coffee shop.

Job Summary:

We are hiring full and part-time Servers. We offer flexible schedules, no experience is necessary but a plus. We’re looking for positive and outgoing team players who genuinely love great food and want to provide superior service to our guests.

Looking For Someone Who:

• Works as a team to create memorable guest experiences
• Can uphold the integrity of the menu and kitchen standards with a high level of knowledge and expectations
• Uses POS for entering orders/processing payments
• Can walk and stand for long periods of time
• Cleans and sanitizes their tables and guest service areas
• Can work a minimum 4 shifts per week. Weekend availability will be required for growth
• Responsible for proper cash management

Job Qualifications:

• Food handler certification
• TABC Certification
