Position Summary
The primary responsibility of this new role is to maintain and evolve the Bank’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Program. This role will collaborate on, develop, and monitor initiatives and efforts that promote diversity, equity and inclusion consistent with the Bank’s DE&I Program and strategic business plan. We seek a colleague that contributes in a critical way to the development and execution of the Bank’s DE&I strategic priorities. As we continue the maturation of our DE&I Program and look to utilize core elements of sound change management principles, the primary components of work include efforts aligned with educating colleagues and building awareness within the organization, as well as various outreach initiatives. Additionally, efforts aligned with compliance related to the Office of Minority and Women Inclusion regulation will be an essential component of the incumbent’s responsibilities. This role will leverage diversity and inclusion in functional business practices, which we are essential to optimize individual and organizational performance.
This role will have a hybrid work schedule in our Boston office in accordance with the
Bank’s Hybrid Work Program
Specific Responsibilities
Initially, we expect this role will invest their time predominately (about 50% of the time) on general DE&I Program coordination, support and evolution (BRGs, Learning & Development); about 35% of the time on compliance-related work, including reporting, and 15% of the time on analysis or other related duties.
