The Role
Fidelity Workplace Investing is seeking professional individuals with a strong interest in supporting Reimbursement Account services! You will be a member of HSA Operations and RA Service, a dynamic team, supporting a fast-growing product. You will employ strong domain and operational expertise in program management and customer service applying critical thinking skills in providing operational support to associates across Workplace Investing. As a Reimbursement Account Support Specialist supporting Fidelity’s Reimbursement Account (RA) clients, you will combine a knowledge of RA plan administration with a strong operational expertise. Working side by side with the current RA Managers & the phones group, the Support Specialist will provide client support via work items for participant related issues. The Support Specialist is accountable for researching production issues which may be the result of system defects, non-system issues related to bad data or inaccurate processing. They will also have responsibility for requirements clarification and assessment of business risk. You will partner with members of the Healthcare Operations group and HSA Product to provide operational project support, remediation work plans, audits, and other initiatives related to Reimbursement Account updates.

Reimbursement Account Support Specialists are key to Fidelity’s Healthcare Operations organization. We ensure that Participant issues are corrected and that their accounts are in good order. We perform quality assurance reviews on participant responses coming from our third-party vendor. We are the liaison to the phones team where we can provide updates to training materials and FAQ, further expanding their abilities to answer participant questions on the first call.
This role ensures that Reimbursement Account Operational participant level issues are resolved timely and in full, with attention to detail and quality.
