The HRIS Supervisor will assist the HRIS Team with the planning, directing, and coordinating human resource information systems (HRIS) activities of the organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance. Direct the design and implementation of HRIS solutions.
This position offers a hybrid schedule and working from home after training.

Education/Experience:
Language Ability:
Strong interpersonal communication skills are required. The successful candidate/employee will be required to use written and verbal communication skills, as well as public speaking skills. The ability to read, write and comprehend complex instructions and correspondences memos is necessary. It also requires the ability to read, analyze, create and interpret general business memos and documents.
Math Ability:
This position requires excellent business math skills.
Reasoning Ability:
The position requires pragmatic analyzing skills and problem-solving abilities.
Computer Skills:
Excellent personal computer literacy is required, with proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Internet, and other appropriate software. Skills in Microsoft Project, Visio and SAS preferred. Experience with an HRMS such as PeopleSoft, ADP, PDS Vista.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does require supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Demands:
Travel may be required – less than 10% for meetings.

Pay: $66,436.27 – $156,404.72 per year
