As a Scheduler, you will provide WOW service for our customers by effectively and efficiently scheduling inbound and outbound appointments with service department. You will also be responsible for running status update reports and cross training in a Customer Service Representative role.

–Make outbound calls to clients to schedule warranty service
–Research warranty campaign information from intercompany website
–Record activities in operation system
–Prepare and distribute mailers
–Ability to use email, word-processing, spreadsheets, and other applications
–Ability to communicate clearly on the phone with customers
–Assist in customer service duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
