What We’re Looking For:
Reporting to the HR Director, the HR People Partner, will be the primary HR contact for our Eastern region, containing 50% of the organization’s staff and service members. In developing authentic relationships with the teams in this region, the HRPP will proactively identify and uplift the needs of our staff, and influence company culture. Through this people-centered approach, the HRPP will work closely with FoodCorps leadership to support organization goals and improve upon our work policies and benefits strategy.
This is a full-time, remote position and requires occasional travel for department meetings.

You’re a strong facilitator and project lead with an eye for trends and the bigger picture. You approach projects with a growth mindset, and are passionate about continuous learning.
Responsibilities:
Work cross-departmentally to proactively ensure needs of staff and service members are being met
Support our data driven people strategy through pulse surveys, performance reviews, and exit interviewing
Manage benefit enrollment and onboarding meetings for new hires
AmeriCorps compliance oversight and timesheet management
Leave planning, including parental leave and service suspensions
Serve as a partner in our accountability process, and mentoring managers through implementing performance improvement plans
Auditing compliance with state and federal employment laws
Measures of Success
By the end of the first year, the HRBP will have:
Provided quarterly staff experience reports to the executive team
Facilitated monthly check-ins with Regional teams
Reached 100% Service Member enrollment per AmeriCorps Guidelines
Ensured 100% completion of staff annual performance reviews

This is a manager-level role with a starting salary range between $62,000-67,000. This range will be increased for candidates living in high cost of living areas.
