The HR Assistant will provide support to the internal HR team in the functional areas of recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks. As an HR Assistant, you will partner with managers and team leads across the organization to ensure that staffing levels are met to meet demands. The successful candidate will work to foster the employee experience and our company culture from their first meeting with prospective candidates through the onboarding experience and throughout their employment with Rockwater Associates.
