Administrative Manager

We are looking for an admin manager to help our growing team with the maintenance of a number of important administrational to make our operations more smooth and professional.
About the role:
Start date: As soon as possible
Status: Employee, 25%
Compensation: Based on experience
Typical hours: Between 10-15 hours per week, flexible schedule
Work Location: Anywhere (this is a remote position) but someone with US experience and especially good knowledge of State of California legal requirements is required
Administrative Manager Job Responsibilities:
a. Donation Systemi. Maintain salesforce.com ii. Thank You letters to our donora iii. Historic Donation reporting and Fundraising input
b. Human Resources (HR)i. Maintain company HR policies and compensation guidelines ii. Onboard Contractors iii. Onboard Employees iv. Maintain Employee and Contractor personnel files
c. Insurancei. Evaluate and maintain all insurance plans (work w/insurance consultant)1. Health Insurance: Kaiser Permanente2. Director & Officers Insurance: Affinity Nonprofits3. Volunteer Accident Insurance: Affinity Nonprofits4. Workers Compensation Insurance: The Hartford
d. Legali. Corporate legal advice ii. Employment legal advice iii. Visa legal advice iv. Government compliance
e. Misc.i. Bulk mailings ii. Storage locker iii.Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication. iv. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications:
Reporting Skills Administrative Writing Skills Managing Processes Organization Analyzing Information Professionalism Problem Solving Inventory Control Verbal Communication HR skills
Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent education required 3 years minimum of administrative assistant experience, preferably as an Office
Manager or HR Specialist/Manager. Knowledge of appropriate software including: Google Docs, Microsoft Word and Excel.
