· Conducts research and analyses on projects or programs.
· Communicates HR services, initiatives, and programs.
· Responds to inquiries related to HR and company policies and procedures.
· Maintains, develops, proposes, and implements HR and company policies, procedures, and other guidelines.
· Supports employees and managers in understanding and being compliant with HR policies and guidelines.
