Job Description
As the Compensation Program Manager, you will be a key member of our global compensation team responsible for managing the executive compensation programs along with some involvement in key broad-based compensation programs such as annual bonus, sales incentives, and recognition. You will have one direct report and work closely with the Global Compensation team, HR, Legal and Finance teams to support Fortune Brands Executive and Broad Base Compensation Strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years compensation experience at a large corporation or consulting firm, 2+ years direct experience in executive compensation or equity administration and has some experience managing an individual or team.
This is a hybrid rolethat can be based in our Deerfield, IL or North Olmsted, OH offices. You will work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays while having the ability to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
