Fox & Company CPAs, Inc. is a tight-knit, fun-loving virtual+local team focusing on year-round tax strategies and consultation with physicians throughout the USA. We are growing and seeking a full-time virtual team member with tax season experience.

Fox & Co. is the CPA firm of choice for physicians throughout the USA who have high expectations for their tax and business advisors. Our physician clients work virtually with our firm via Zoom, are financially astute, and expect a relationship with CPAs who are knowledgeable, communicative, and motivated to serve. The right fit will be someone who is creative, ethical, proactive, sociable, and gets personal fulfillment from excellence and personal growth.

This position entails a year-round focus on tax strategies, planning, and compliance (preparation of tax and other forms) for physicians and their practices in multiple states and time zones. Two yrs experience in personal/business taxation is essential and experience with UltraTax CS is helpful. Proficiency in or Pro-Advisor status in QuickBooks is a plus.

Starting salary is $55k – $80k, depending upon relevant experience. We are ready to hire and will make an offer as soon as we find the right candidate for the position.

We make a special effort to integrate remote employees into our team with an extensive training program and an annual on-site retreat at our offices in Kentucky, all expenses paid. Team member(s) all have the opportunity for advancement and a voice in how the position develops.

Prior experience working with physicians and their practices is helpful, but not essential as we have an extensive training program for new team members. We would appreciate a cover letter with your resume.
