Our next Superintendent, Construction will have experience leading ground-up commercial or light industrial projects, 50K – 250K sq ft, including site development, concrete, steel, pre-cast, masonry materials, and interior finishes. You will have the opportunity to lead and manage every aspect of the construction activities related to field operations.
Our goal will be to empower you in the field and give you, as well as the rest of your Project team, all the tools you’ll need to be successful.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of construction experience as a lead superintendent on ground up commercial projects
- Computer skills including Procore, Excel, Outlook, Procore, and Microsoft Projects
- OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 preferred)
- Willingness to travel regionally, including occasional over-night stays and long-term projects.
- Have and maintain a current, valid driver’s license
