Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR Operations function to ensure the goal of delivering a simple and consistent employee experience
- Accountable for day-to-day performance of the HR Operations function
- Responsible for analytics execution and partner with the HR team to define and maintain core HR data
- Responsible for documenting all employee policies and procedures; drafting new policies and revising existing policy, when required
- Maintenance of company employee handbook; manage updates and annual roll out of updated handbook
- Collaborate with Director of HR to ensure new or changed processes or policies are documented, communicated, planned and implemented effectively across the organization
- Maintain COVID protocols
- Oversee safety program for the organization; implementation and maintenance of Alert Media to track employee home locations and manage emergency notifications
- Manage Federal and State HR compliance practices, inclusive of EEOC and DEFH reporting
- Immigration/Visa tracking, including managing all communications between candidate and the organization
- Monthly HR reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resources or other related field of study
- HR Professional with at least 8-10 years of experience in HR Operations
- Experience in Professional Services, public accounting preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong people and project management skills
- Experience in technical writing for HR, preferred
- Familiar with US Federal and State HR compliance regulations
- Strong collaboration skills, client service focused
