Fresh Express: Human Resources Receptionist (309-NA44-Harrisburg)
Position Summary:
We are looking for a Human Resources Clerk to undertake a variety of administrative duties. Such duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our Human Resources department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee database. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between the HR team and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. The HR Clerk will assist in creating documents, filing, translation for non-English speaking employees, and ultimately, ensure the HR department is organized and operates smoothly to best serve our employees.
The qualifications and skills to be successful in this position include excellent organization, familiarity with Human Recourses software and strong communication skills (English and Spanish). The ideal candidate for this position will have a high school diploma, experience in the manufacturing industry, and some experience working as a front desk receptionist in an office setting, as well as the ability to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure. Following the training, you’ll be able to assist the Human Resources team with daily tasks and new employee recruitment.
