What We Need

Freshly Picked is growing like crazy! We are looking for a Fulfillment Manager to manage the order fulfillment process including order entry, administration, and shipping. Oversees the order tracking process and ensures orders are processed in accordance with the company’s standard. Fulfillment Manager ensures adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.

A peek at what you will do:

Fulfillment

• Work with fulfillment team to ensure that baby shoe production is accounted for and ready to ship
• Build pick/pack batches each day throughout the day to ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner
• Work with fulfillment team to receive incoming shipments
• Oversee returns process to ensure that returns are received and processed in a timely manner
• Ensure that team members follow good inventory management practices by making sure that all inventory movements are tracked in the software
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Ensure that wholesale orders are shipped according to the appropriate routing guide
• Work closely with production team to ensure that product is produced and ready for shipments to E-Comm customers and Wholesale.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Leadership experience
• Strong analytical, organization, training, and communication skills
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel, Google Sheets)
• College Degree

• Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
