What You’ll Do In partnership with FTI Health Solutions teams and various internal groups, independently coordinate, manage, write, edit, and support development of large/complex proposals and RFP responses Develop strategic sales content based on your understanding of the client needs, overall industry, FTI s service offerings, and research into key market trends in order to articulate FTI s solutions in an innovative and exciting way that emphasizes FTI expertise and portrays Health Solutions as a thought leader in the industry Strategically engage with pursuit teams to probe client objectives, expectations, and needs, and draw out and document essential messaging and action items Capture and synthesize information; ensure cohesive messaging written in one grammatically correct voice that differentiates FTI and addresses client requirements Work with internal teams to build creative and persuasive material To a lesser extent, support development of pitch decks and preparation of client letters of engagement based on legal templates Prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment How You’ll Grow We are committed to empowering you to make your own impact. Basic Qualifications Minimum five years of combined experience in any of the following areas: healthcare management consulting, project management, proposal writing, creative writing, grant writing, content development or pursuits in both narrative (Word) or graphical (PowerPoint) forms; preferably within a professional service firm Bachelor s degree in liberal arts, business, healthcare administration, journalism, marketing/communications, creative writing or other related degree from an accredited college/university Very strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively with senior executives in a time-sensitive environment with narrative and graphical storytelling, tailored to influencing clients Extensive experience with desktop publishing applications (Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, etc.) Our Benefits Apart from the well-structured career path and excellent team environment, our employees enjoy a variety of perks and benefits.
